Official Refunds Policy

Global Mind Screen Pty Ltd (GMS) takes pride in each product offered on the Site - every item is pictured and described in detail. Members acknowledge that the pictures of the product on the Site represent the product in brand new condition. While every item that GMS provides to Members is in good condition, members must be aware that products delivered will not be in brand new condition.

GMS employs stringent quality control procedures to ensure that we take the necessary care of each product. In the unlikely event that goods sent to you are faulty, defective or not as described, we offer repair, exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.

Within 7 days of receiving the item, you must email GMS at returns@globalmindscreen.com, detailing your concern. GMS will evaluate your request and send you a confirmation email within 7 days of receiving your request. You may be required to provide proof of your purchase.

Goods must be returned to GMS within 14 days of our confirmation email. The goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were in at the time when you received the goods. You must return the goods to:

GMS will pay for the shipping costs on approved returns. Please contact GMS to arrange for a GMS courier to collect the goods.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. GMS will refund the value of the item (not the delivery cost). The refund will be processed when the item is received by GMS. Please allow a reasonable period for these funds to be credited.

GMS does not offer refunds for memberships in any circumstances.
