Register - Refer - Review

It could not be easier to use the MIND SCREEN. Simply:

1. REGISTER as a MIND SCREEN practitioner by clicking the Get Accredited Now button on this page and entering your details (this takes about 2 minutes);

2. REFER your patients or clients to use the Mind Screen; and

3. REVIEW their Mind Screen report after they have completed their session.

Register:

When you register, you register your practice and then yourself as a practitioner. If your practice is already registered, please speak with the Mind Screen Administrator at your practice and they can simply add you as a practitioner by logging in and selecting "Home", then "Manage Practitioners". The email you provide is the email address where we send your secure username and password and it is also the email address that we use to let you know a patient has completed their session and their report is available to review. You also need to provide us with either your Provider Number or your Medical Registration Number listed on the AHPRA website so we can confirm your medical credentials and therefore eligibility to use the MIND SCREEN.

Refer:
There are two ways to do this.

Option 1: Refer your patient or client to the orange "Public and Patients" section of our website www.globalmindscreen.com/au/public OR www.mindscreen.com.au which takes them to the same place. From here they will click on the red Login/Register button in the top right corner of the page and commence the registration process where they select you as their referring practitioner. They then complete their Mind Screen assessment. Patients or clients will pay the full Mind Screen price and not a diskounted price that you may offer them in Option 2.

Option 2: You create a Mind Screen Assessment for your patient or client by clicking on the red Login/Register button in the top right corner of our website, logging in and clicking on the Create Session button on the main menu. Enter your patient's or client's details and email address (this takes less than a minute) and they will automatically receive an email with their unique session login details along with instructions on how to get started. The session is allocated to the patient from a pool of pre-paid sessions that the practitioner has purchased at diskounted rates which can be on-charged to the patient or client at a diskounted rate if you choose.

Review:
As soon as your patient or client has completed their Mind Screen session you will receive an email letting you know their Mind Screen Report is available for review. To review their Mind Screen Report click on the red Login/Register button in the top right corner of the our website using your secure practitioner login details. (We recommend you save this page to favorites). You will see a list of recently completed sessions and you can also access your patients or clients Mind Screen Reports by selecting Reports from the main menu.

It's as easy as Register, Refer, Review.
