The Mind Screen assesses your employees for 30 of the most common behavioral health issues that can impact on their ability to be fit for work. Click Conditions Assessed or the Conditions Assessed menu above to access more information about many of the conditions that the Mind Screen assesses.
The Mind Screen asks questions from a pool of over 400 questions of which most people answer about 100 questions in 15-30 minutes. In addition to the 30 behavioral health conditions above, the Mind Screen also asks questions about whether your employees are currently on any medication or have been in the past. It will also ask about their family behavioral health history, if any, and other 'environmental' or life history factors that could be a cause or trigger for possible behavioral health issues.
These personal questions can be easier to answer to a computer than face to face with your practitioner but research shows that people are more open and honest when responding to a computer-based assessment tool than they are in a face to face consultation. This is important because, with the Mind Screen, your employees will be more likely to provide their practitioner with full and complete information, enabling them to get treated faster and back to work sooner.
